Exciting Geo-Environmental Engineer opportunity at this successful and growing, Medium-sized Multi-Disciplinary Environmental Consultancy. This role is based in Birmingham.

Overview
Our client are a Multi-Disciplinary Environmental Consultancy offering a range of services including Geo-Environmental, Geotechnical, Remediation and Enabling Earthworks design to a range of high-profile clients across industry sectors such as property development, construction, investment and divestment, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, planning, energy, construction and demolition.
As skilled and motivated Geo-Environmental Engineer, joining their newly established Birmingham office, you will be responsible for conducting site investigations, analysing environmental data, and providing technical advice on a variety of projects. Your work will contribute to the development of sustainable solutions addressing environmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting site investigations and assessments.

Collecting and analysing soil, water, and air samples.

Preparing technical reports and environmental impact assessments.

Providing technical advice and support to project teams.

Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

Collaborating with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Participating in project planning and management.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Geo-Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.

Min 3 years’ relevant background in geo-environmental engineering or a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Proficiency in using environmental analysis software and tools.
-
Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full driving licence.

Competitive salary within the range of £28,000 - £32,000.
